For colleges and universities, scientific research units, laboratories for elemental analysis, small steel parts quenching, annealing, tempering and crystal, jewelry, mirror film and other production enterprises.  For the heating process requirements strict (such as: control temperature rise rate and other complex environmental temperature) the most ideal high temperature furnace.

 

A series of integrated Muffle furnace adopts domestic advanced technology. The shell is made of steel plate by folding welding and drawing. The control box is integrated with the furnace body. Beautiful appearance, avoid the tedious installation of customers. The inner furnace lining is a rectangular integral furnace lining made of high aluminum and silicon carbide refractory. The spiral heating element made of high temperature resistant nickel chromium wire is worn in the wire groove on the upper, lower, left and right sides of the inner furnace lining. Heat it up and down and side to side. The furnace is a sealed structure, and between the furnace and the shell, refractory fiber aluminum silicate cotton and diatomaceous earth products are used as insulation layer.
